1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our food delivery website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Location Access
To provide accurate delivery services, our website/app may require access to your location. Location data is used only for order processing and delivery purposes.
3. Ordering & Delivery Timings

Orders can be placed and delivered between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Orders placed outside these hours will not be processed.
4. Delivery Address & Availability

Customers must be available at the provided delivery address.

If the customer is not available, the delivery partner will wait 10 minutes only.

If the customer is still unavailable after 10 minutes, the order will be cancelled.

In such cases, no refund will be provided.
5. Payment Policy

All payments must be made online only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Once payment is completed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Return & Cancellation Policy

Food products once ordered and delivered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order cancellations after confirmation are not eligible for refund.
7. Delivery Charges

Orders delivered within 5 km may be eligible for free or standard delivery.

For delivery distances above 5 km, additional delivery charges will apply.
8. Quality & Responsibility

We ensure proper packaging and hygiene at the time of dispatch.

Responsibility for food quality ends once the order is delivered successfully.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
